Abstract: 

In this paper, a method is provided for suppressing FM noise jammer signal with polynomial-phase in pulsed radar based on the discrete polynomial-phase transform. In the first step, DPT transform is used to estimate polynomial-phase coefficients and amplitude of jammer signal. In the second step, the jammer signal has been reconstructed using the estimated amplitude and phase of the jammer signal, Then, jamming is suppressed efficiently by subtracting the reconstructed jammer signal from the received signal. Mean square error and CRLB for polynomial coefficients and amplitude of jammer signal in presence of combined target signals and the receiver noise, are calculated theoretically for the case of linear frequency modulation, and then are compared with simulations. The detection performance of the proposed method is also shown.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we introduce the definition of a new general integral transform which call it "A new general polynomial transform ". Also, we introduce properties, theorems, proofs and transforms of the Logarithmic functions, polynomials functions and other functions. As well as, we discuss how we can apply this integral transform and its inverse to solve the ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients.

Abstract: 

This paper presents a technique to improve mean-squared error of chirp rate and central frequency estimation in high signal to noise ratios in Discrete Phase Transform and Improved Discrete Phase Transform methods. The estimation of chirp signal parameters is used in many signal processing fields such as intercept radars, SARs, ISARs, and disrupting enemy radars. Increasing the estimation accuracy of chirp signal parameters in these applications is of great importance. In this paper, in order to increase the estimation accuracy of chirp signal parameters in Discrete Phase Transform and Improved Discrete Phase Transform methods, instead of periodogram frequency estimation, the proposed technique is used. Simulation results show that this technique reduces the computational complexity of these methods and increases the estimation accuracy of chirp signal parameters.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Clinical performance of light cured resin composites is related to their degree of polymerization. The purpose of this study was to compare the degree of conversion of packable and hybrid composites by FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy).Materials & Methods: In this experimental study, 40 composite disks were prepared in two groups from Z250 and P60 composites. Each group was divided into four subgroups (2mm thickness cured with QTH unit, 2mm thickness cured with LED unit, 5mm thickness cured with QTH unit, and 5mm thickness cured with LED unit). Then samples were evaluated by FTIR to determine the degree of conversion (DC). Data were analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and three way ANOVA.Results: There was not a significant difference among the DC of the materials tested. LED significantly increased the degree of conversion of materials tested (P<0.001). DC values were significantly greater in 2mm diameter samples vs 5mm ones (P<0.001).Conclusion: The use of incremental technique in deep cavities restored with these composites is suggested. Also using LED is advised for curing composites because of a better result.

Abstract: 

IN THIS PAPER, WE STUDY THE PARAMETRIC POLYNOMIAL IDEAL MEMBERSHIP PROBLEM. USING THE CONCEPT OF GROBNER SYSTEMS FOR PARAMETRIC POLYNOMIAL IDEALS, WE INTRODUCE THE NOTION OF AN IDEAL MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM FOR A PARAMETRIC POLYNOMIAL W.R.T A PARAMETRIC POLYNOMIAL IDEAL, I.E. WE DECOMPOSE THE SPACE OF PARAMETERS INTO A FINITE SET OF CELLS, AND FOR EACH CELL WE CAN DECIDE THAT WHETHER A POLYNOMIAL BELONGS TO PARAMETRIC IDEAL OR NO. WE ALSO PRESENT AN ALGORITHM FOR COMPUTING THIS SYSTEM.

Tutte was introduced the flow polynomial F(G, l) as a polynomial in an indeterminate l with integer coefficients by F(G, l) = (−1)|E(G)| S SÌE(G)(-1)|S|ln-m+c(G:S), where c(G:S) is the number of connected components of G and (G:S) denotes the spanning subgraph of G with edge set S. In this paper the Flow polynomial of some dendrimers are computed.

Abstract: 

Suppose G is a graph, A(G) its adjacency matrix and Ψ (G, λ ) = λ n + a1λ n− 1 + … +an is the characteristic polynomial of G. The matching polynomial of G is defined as M(G, x) = m(G, 0)xn – m(G, 1)xn− 2 – m(G, 2)xn− 4 + … , where m(G, k) is the number of k− matchings in G. In this paper, the relationship between 2k-th coefficient of the characteristic polynomial, a2k, and k-th coefficient of the matching polynomial, (− 1)km(G, k), k=0, 1, 2, … , in a regular graph is determined. In addition, these relations for finding 5, 6-matchings of fullerene graphs are applied.
